A Man Offered Half a Million Naira to Sleep With Me – Nigeria’s Hairiest Woman

Her name is Queen Okafor and she resides in Lagos. Before now little or nothing was heard of Queen. But Queen decided to speak to a National Newspaper, not to ask Nigerians for help, but alert NGO’s to come to the aid of people with rare disabilities as hers. According to Queen, people look at her embarrassingly whenever she steps out. She said she lived a normal live until she was 21 when hair started growing all over her body.
According to Queen who is now 26, she inherited this from her mother. Once you get to 21 to 23 years in my family, you start experiencing hair growth, she said. I want people to treat me like a normal human being and I will also love to appear in movies, Queen said. She also said she is in a relationship at the moment, and believes she will get married and have kids at the right time.
In her interview, the dark complexioned Queen shocked the reporter with her revelation on how homosexuals plead to take her to bed. She also explained why she pierced her nose.
Quote
“Why
I pieced my nose was because it is fashionable, though I know I look
weird already, I don’t give a hoot. It is my body, I accept the fact
that I am strange. A woman has toasted me at Elegushi Beach while I was
there with my friends. On that day, she called me and gave me her
complimentary card and begged me to hop into her car, but I refused. She
insisted and begged to be my friend, but my mind told me that she is a
lesbian and she was inviting me to Ajah. I turned her offer down because
I know that most lesbians are into cultism. Some women will see me and
extol my qualities, saying that they see women with hairs but that my
own is the highest. In fact, one said I am the queen of hairy women. I
met a guy at a supermarket and he was obsessed about me, before you knew
it, he started telling me that he liked me, that I am beautiful and all
that. Normal toasting, I thought he was like every other man as usual,
but after the toasting, he went straight to the point, to tell me that
he would like to made love with me through my anus, promising to give me
half a million naira.

Quote
But
I rejected it immediately, God forbid! I can`t tamper with my anus. I
stopped seeing him and refused to pick his calls. I can`t do that.
Another man begged me to bear him a child that will look like me, also
promising to reward me handsomely. When I am praying, I plea with God to
help me overcome them. Nobody can rape me because I am fearful, but men
see me and get sexually aroused because I look special because of the
hairy skin, but I have not been embarrassed or molested. Being hairy
gives me protection as people see me and get afraid of me. Those guys
who attack people see me and hail me. They will not like to do anything
bad to me.
Handsome Desmond Elliot In Romance Controversy With Two Blood Sisters
Star actor, Desmond Elliot is in the
middle of a serious controversy. The handsome Nollywood top shot,
National Enquirer gathered is presently in a sizzling romance with two
blood sisters and this has been causing squabbles between the half-caste
ladies of same parents, Roseline and Yvette Muere.

According to one of Desmond’s close friends, the actor has been secretly stepping out with the two sisters separately and as at the last time, he was spotted with the eldest, Roseline Muerer at the just concluded Nollywood at 20 event which held at the prestigious Intercontinental hotel, Victoria Island, Lagos. Though not so many people is aware that they came together, the “couple” who came in same car stylishly stepped into the hall in a ‘CODED’ manner to deceive the public.
And in another development, Desmond whose wife has bore him 2 set of twins has also been seen with the youngest Muerer, Yvette at The Mall, where they went to see movies together, he has also flown the teenage girl to several movie sets in Calabar and as a matter of fact, the school certificate holder, Yvette has once crashed Desmond’s coupe’s car which she cruises around.

Tracing the genesis of their relationship, we gathered that, the beautiful Roseline sought Desmond’s help to make her an actress and no sooner they met than he (Desmond) featured her to star alongside notable faces like Uti Nwachukwu, Ini Edo, Lydia Forson, Morris Sesay in one of the films he directed, In The Cupboard, a story that revolves around the lives of six siblings born into the rich, aristocratic Desouza family; a name synonymous with wealth & power, the rest as they say has been history.
The source told National Enquirer further that Desmond and Roseline’s affair blossomed to the extent that, Rose’s mum got wind of it, this was what informed the closeness of Rose younger sister, Yvette and before anybody could say Jack Robinson, the teenage girl had moved in with Desmond in his matrimonial home in Lekki without her sister’s consent, and meanwhile Desmond’s wife has since been in the US where she was delivered of their second set of twins.
Bubble however burst when Yvette’s whereabouts was unknown and Rose’s efforts to visit her boyfriend who had paraded and introduced her to friends as the new woman in his life were abortive, this aroused suspicion as Rose had to confront her sister to tell her of her hidden place. It was a hot argument between the blood sisters but we learnt they later resolved, even though Yvette confessed that nothing has happened between her and Desmond despite that she’s been everywhere with him including staying in his matrimonial home and cruising his ride.
Trust your darling National Enquirer, in our efforts to nail the story, we rang Desmond Elliot and his swift response was not just appalling but amazing, here us: “this call is from National Enquirer, we’re investigating a story of your relationship with the Muerer sisters, Roseline and Yvette, we would like to know more about it, after a moment of sigh, he told us he was driving and after confronted him with the fact at hand, in a trembling voice, the actor said “look, just wait like that, and the next thing was a lady’s voice on the line, “hi hello, my name is Roseline Muerer, how’re you, and just before we began to ask her anything, Desmond spoke again, just wait o, hold on again and alas, he put the younger Muerer on the line again, hello how’re you, my name is Yvette and he got the line back line, look what I can tell you is that, we’re all family friends, don’t know who’s giving you the story but the story is unfounded, in fact, do you have a blackberry, please text it to me I’ll add you right away so that we can chat further, he said.
We however sent the blackberry pin but he didn’t add the number till we went to bed. Meanwhile the source who gave us the story has promised to dig more and tell us the amazing lifestyles of the Muerer sisters, the story of their father who hails from Holland and that of their Urhobo mum. Christmas Is Good, We'll Celebrate It -- Catholics Reply Kumuyi
The Director of Social Communications, Catholic Archdiocese of Lagos, Monsignor Gabriel Osu, reacting to Pastor Kumuyi’s proclamation about the celebration of Christmas, said:
Quote
“I
don’t know what he means by saying the practice of celebrating
Christmas is wrong. “Is he saying that Christ wasn’t born? That he
didn’t come to die for us? Does he not celebrate his own birthday?
Quote
"Do
Kumuyi’s pastors not celebrate him? It is not everything I react to;
some people just seek attention. If Kumuyi is a Christian, then he must
believe in Christ.
“The celebration of Christmas didn’t just start today; it is too public an event for anyone to say that they don’t know what it is about. If Kumuyi is condemning the commercialisation of Christmas, I can understand that. Christ came to redeem us from our lost state; this was actualised through his coming, his birth; that is why we celebrate Christmas. It is the fulfilment of God’s promise.
“I saw him on the television a few days ago. He was in Akwa Ibom State and was the chief preacher during their Christmas celebration event. Kumuyi is just saying what he feels; he is not making any doctrinal statement.”
On his part, the spokesperson for the Christian Association of Nigeria, Oshodi chapter, Lagos State, Pastor Barnabas Otoibhi, said that Christmas is worth celebrating. Otoibhi told Punch in a telephone interview that the origin of Christmas was not as important as its essence.
He said, “The origin of Christmas, as we know it, could be traced to Roman Emperor, Constantine. Christmas was a day for celebrating the Sun God. However, because Constantine was a Christian, the day was changed to commemorate the birth of Jesus Christ.
“The tradition has continued to date and since the aim of Christmas is to celebrate Jesus since there is nothing bad in honouring Jesus. Also, the worship of the Sun God was done in Rome and not everywhere in the world, so it is not part of our history.”
Christmas Is Idolatrous, Don't Celebrate It ––Pastor Kumuyi
The General Overseer of the Deeper Christian Life Ministry, Pastor W.F
Kumuyi, has warned members of the church against celebrating Christmas,
saying the celebration of Christmas is idolatrous and unscriptural.Kumuyi warned that doing so is making Christians to go back from the commandment of Jesus Christ.
"We don’t celebrate Christmas. It actually came from idolatrous background. That is why you don’t hear us sing what they call Christmas carol, Never! We always say it is the December retreat. We are only gathering together because it is the holiday period and love the lord more, and rededicate ourselves more."
The cleric said this on Saturday at the annual national December convention of the church, which held at the church’s camp ground in Ogun State.
He said, “When you find anybody coming in, or any leader, trying to introduce the idolatry of mystery Babylon, that they call Christmas and you want to bring all the Christmas carol saying that is the day that Jesus was born, and you don’t find that in the Acts of the Apostles or in the early church, then you don’t find that in the church either. If you don’t know that before, now you know.”
He warned that any of the church’s leaders that tried to introduce the “idolatry of Christmas” into any section of the church would be sanctioned, while also encouraging other believers in Christ to jettison the celebration as part of their sacrifice to perfection.
Kumuyi said the duty of the church is to make people more like Jesus Christ, not join in worldly celebrations.
“We are not trying to make the church turn like the world. We want it to be like Jesus Christ, and more like the Apostles. If you don’t have that mind with us, then you have permission to go to other places,” he added.
e Jesus Christ, not join in worldly celebrations.
“We are not trying to make the church turn like the world. We want it to be like Jesus Christ, and more like the Apostles. If you don’t have that mind with us, then you have permission to go to other places,” he added.
It was revealed that the ladies deliberately posed for the picture because they concealed their bosoms with their hands while leaving the rest of their chests exposed.
“It certainly appeared that the picture was posed and it certainly had some s*xual overtones,” police reports revealed.
The mother, whose name has been withheld to protect her daughter, denied that she posed.
“I wasn’t posing, I was getting out of the tub.”
It was also revealed that the photo was taken by the 14-year-old’s younger sister and eventually was seen by an unknown number of eyes on Snapchat, a smartphone app that deletes a photo after a recipient has had a few seconds to look at it.
Mikhail Kalashnikov, inventor of AK-47, dies at 94
He was 94.
Kalashnikov designed his
first machine gun in 1942 after suffering injuries as a tank commander
for the Soviet Union's Red Army during World War II, but it wasn't until
1947 -- after years of tweaks -- that the AK-47 was introduced for
Soviet military service.
The weapon, recognizable
by its banana-shaped ammunition magazine, became known for its simple
effectiveness. It was easy to use and maintain, and it was reliable in
extreme conditions, be they hot, cold, wet or sandy.
Photos: The long arm of Kalashnikov's AK-47
From the early 1950s, it
became the standard weapon for Soviet and Warsaw Pact countries,
according to IHS Jane's. The gun also proved popular with paramilitary
groups: It was so successful in Mozambique's successful rebel movement
of the 1960s and 1970s that its image appears in the national flag.
Russia stopped producing AK-47 models in the late 1960s, but production of variants continued there and in other countries.
The Guinness World
Records book recognized the AK-47 -- AK being a Russian acronym for
"Kalashnikov's machine gun" and 47 standing for its debut year -- as the
world's most common machine gun.
Russian President
Vladimir Putin on Monday "expressed his deepest condolences to the
family of Mikhail Kalashnikov in connection with his death," a post on
the Kremlin's website read.
In 2009, Kalashnikov told CNN that two main qualities described the AK-47: simplicity and reliability.
"It is very important
because a soldier doesn't have university degrees," he said. "He needs a
simple and reliable weapon. Just as an academic, for that matter, in a
combat situation. There's simply no time to figure how to operate a
complicated weapon and press many buttons when the enemy is advancing on
you."
He said the question he
hated most was whether he felt sorry about the hundreds of thousands of
people that were killed as a result of his invention. He had a standard
answer:
"I've designed my weapon to defend the borders of our Fatherland, and let it continue to serve this purpose."
In 2011, Izhmash, the
Russian manufacturer of the AK-47 family of weapons, said it was
abandoning the design in favor of a new one for its next-generation
assault rifles.
Kalashnikov's 90th
birthday, in November 2009, was celebrated in Russia nearly like a
national holiday. In a televised Kremlin ceremony, then-President Dmitry
Medvedev decorated him with the country's highest order, the Hero of
Russia.

The 6 Deadly Sins Of Dating
Don’t say that you weren’t warned! Nothing can kill a budding relationship faster than one of the seven dating mistakes below.
1. Rushing into s*x
If you have s*x before a man has had a chance to get to know you, then you risk him placing you in the “fling” category and losing interest. A man has to invest and appreciate your other qualities beyond the physical for him to want to make you his girlfriend. So don’t be afraid to take your time and make him wait.
2. Opening up too fast
Likewise, it isn’t smart to rush in and tell him all of your sad childhood stories. Although it’s natural to want to speed up the bonding process, you have to pace the amount of information you share. You don’t want to scare him off with TMI or convince him that you’re a high-drama mamma.
3. Calling/texting/emailing too much
While it’s true that we live in an age of over-sharing, you’ll just have to trust us on this one and play it cool. Men typically enjoy playing the role of the chaser, not the chasee, so constantly calling them can have the reverse effect of making them less interested, not more. So put down that phone, slowly back away from the computer, and let him sweat it out for a change.
4. Spying on him
It may be tempting to take a quick peak at his Blackberry, but there’s no faster way to inflame trust issues than to snoop.
5. Expecting him to change
People do not change very much as they get older, especially men. So if there are numerous things about him that you can’t stand, then it might be wiser to just change to a different man.
6. Neglecting yourself
While it’s important to nurture a budding relationship, sacrificing all of your energy and time to it and ignoring your own needs is a huge mistake. Whether you’re in a relationship or not, you should always love and take care of yourself first.

MANDELLA DIES @ 95 YEARS
NELSON ANDELLA
Former South African President Nelson Mandela died on Thursday at the age of 95.
Mandela, the first black and post
apartheid President of South Africa, died in his home in Johannesburg,
according to South African President Jacob Zuma, who announced the late
anti-apartheid hero’s death.
Mandela was discharged from a Pretoria
hospital in September after spending seven months in the lung hospital,
where he was admitted for lung infection. Relatives and the South
African government have consistently maintained that his condition was
“stable but critical.”
“It is impossible to put into words the
impact that Mandela has had on the world. He showed that peaceful
resistance, even in the midst of the most terrible circumstances one
could possibly imagine, is and should be possible. He could have been
bitter and call for retaliation against his and his peoples oppressors,
but he insisted on a government of inclusion and reconciliation.
Somehow, some way, he succeeded in bringing his people along with him.
“The world lost a giant today. One of
those few people that is bigger than life and he will be remembered for
many years to come. May he rest in peace.”

UNBELIEVABLE: Meet Namibian Tribe Where Children Are Conceived in Mother’s Mind
Africa is full of interesting and inspiring traditions. The vivid
example is the Himba tribe of Namibia. These people believe their
children are conceived from the day the mother thinks about them in
their mind.
The birth date of a child is counted not from when they were born, nor from when they are conceived, but from the day that the child was a thought in its mother’s mind.
When a woman decides that she will have a child, she goes off and sits under a tree, by herself, and she listens until she can hear thesong of the child that wants to come. And after she’s heard the song of this child, she comes back to the man who will be the child’s father, and teaches it to him. And then, when they make love to physically conceive the child, some of that time they sing the song of the child, as a way to invite it.
When the mother is pregnant, she teaches that child’s song to the midwives and the old women of the village, so that when the child is born, the old women and the people around her sing the child’s song to welcome it.
As the child grows up, the other villagers are taught the child’s song. For example, if the child falls, hurts its knee, someone picks it up and sings its song to it.
When the child does something wonderful, or goes through the rites of puberty, then as a way of honoring this person, the people of the village sing his or her song.
In the African tribe there is one other occasion upon which the
villagers sing to the child. If at any time during his or her life, the
person commits a crime or aberrant social act, the individual is called
to the center of the village and the people in the community form a
circle around him. Then they sing their song to him!..
The tribe recognizes that the correction for antisocial behavior is not punishment; it is love and the remembrance of identity. When you recognize your own song, you have no desire or need to do anything that would hurt another.
And it goes this way through their life. In marriage, the songs are sung, together. And finally, when this person is lying in bed, ready to die, all the villagers know his or her song, and they sing – for the last time – the song to that person.
What do you think about such a tradition?

TOUCHING STORY: how a groom cheated on his wife
I have a female friend in my place of work who is HIV positive. I am the
only one that is aware of her status. I stand by her and advice on how
she can go about her normal life. I pity her a lot; she has no
relationship because of her HIV status. Today,I received a call from her
that she wants me to advice her on what just happened between her
and our co-worker. She began to explain how she had unprotected s*x with the guy. I became so annoyed. I shouted at her, I asked her why she allowed such thing to happen when she knows her status.
She explained how the guy came to pick her up for party and later took her to his place late at night. She said she never had the intention of being intimate with the guy but the guy insisted. She said that when the guy was adamant, she succumbed to the guy’s
pressure, and asked him of condom. The guy said he did not have condom, that she should not worry that he trusts her. She said she did not want the guy to know her status, moreover she too needed the s*x badly after a long period of not being intimate. Eventually, they did it. The problem now is that she said after the s*x,the guy told her that he is preparing for his wedding
ceremony which would hold in December. After the breaking news, she became worried knowing great damage she might have caused the guy. She said she has been crying since the incident. She said I should advice her on what to do. I said she should call the company doctor for advice because
it was the doctor that discovered she has been infected and helped her to bury the secret to avoid losing her job. She said she can’t call the doctor because the doctor always warn her not have unprotected s*x with anybody. I asked her to tell the guy himself so that he can know the condition of
things before going further to have unprotected s*x with his fiancee or any other girl.a

The convoy was intimidating, People scampered for safety, other road
users veered off the road in what looked like a scene in Hollywood
movies, if you thought it was a war scene, you were wrong! Because
making use of that narrow way that day was not a military head of state
but an un-elected wife of a political office holder!
In a story that circulated on the internet recently, one Ola Adeosun narrated how he became victim of the over-zealous security officials of the Oyo State Governor just because he happened to share the road while the Governor’s convoy at that time. More worrisome was his allegation that the show of brutality and unclad force was supervised by a senior police officer.
According to him, for daring to challenge the security officials on why his vehicle was hit, he was beaten blue-black, dragged on the floor and hurled into a police truck where he was transported to the police station. This is one of such executive lawlessness that has become part of our political space.
Alas, the whole Nation was to be put in mourning mood days later when a vehicle in the convoy of the Governor of Kogi State, Idris Wada crashed into a Toyo Hiace bus conveying an erstwhile President of the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU), Prof Festus Iyayi to the proposed ASUU NEC Meeting somewhere along the Lokoja-Abuja expressway killing him on the spot while two other ASUU chiefs were critically injured.
According to the Kogi state sector commander of the Federal Road Safety Commission, FRSC, Mr Olatunde Motajo, the recklessness of the Governor’s convoy drivers led to the fatal accident that claimed Iyayi’s life. According to him, the last vehicle in the convoy of the Governor made ‘’wrongful overtaking’’ thereby ramming into the bus conveying the ASUU chiefs.
Intimidations of the Nigerian citizenry by the political class as well as influential public figures when making use of our roads is fast becoming a shame that we should be ashamed of. Ours is about the only country in a democratic setting where political office holders not only use public funds to acquire excessive security vehicles but also use same to oppress its citizenry. The sight of drivers in the convoy of politicians, escorts, bank officials and the ‘fat-cats’ in the society breaking traffic rules is a regular occurrence that not only elicits anger from the citizenry but also cause accidents that claim lives.
In a bid to impress their masters, over-zealous ‘monsters’ in uniforms intimidate other road users whenever they make use of the roads. They flagrantly abuse the rights of other road users, forcing other drivers off the road while those who have the guts to argue with them over their right to also use the road are molested and physically abused. It is important for us to remind ourselves that this is a democratic setting where the Leaders have an obligation to serve the people. The government has a sacred to duty to ensure the security and welfare of the citizenry (the very essence of Government), it is thus unthinkable that these same people who should be the ones protecting us are sending a lot of us to our graves prematurely
Just when one thought the Iyayi’s case would be a call for caution
for political office holders, another tragedy happened on Wednesday,
less than twenty-four hours after the accident that claimed Iyayl’s
life. According to The PUNCH, a convoy of seven vehicles consisting of
three escort vans containing Policemen caused an accident in Lagos. It
was reported that the convoy connected the Lagos-Abeokuta expressway
recklessly without checking for oncoming vehicles, and unfortunately a
Tipper moving on high speed in a bid to avoid the convoy swerved of the
road and lost control killing two persons and injuring several others.
The recklessness of drivers attached to political office holders have caused untold hardship and pain to many families. The recklessness of an individual has caused the indefinite suspension of the National Executive Council ( NEC) meeting of ASUU, where votes to end the over four months ASUU strike was expected to have been taken, thus shattering the hopes of million of Nigeria who hoped that the industrial action would be suspended this week.
Public officials should as a matter of urgency reduce the long list of vehicles in their convoys, it is totally unnecessary, apart from the fact that their maintenance amounts to a waste of tax payers money, it is a show of intimidation on hapless citizens who service these vehicles with their taxes. Political office holders and all those who are entitled to usage of escorts should curb the excessiveness of their security details, after-all, the drivers and security escorts do all these to impress them.
It should be noted that the drivers of these vehicles are not immune to prosecution and so the Traffic compliance agencies should step-up their job and bring erring drivers to book. Also, we should strengthen our Traffic laws such that any offender, no matter how highly placed is prosecuted dully. All these will put recalcitrant drivers in check and ensure that sanity returns to our roads.

OMG: ASUU strike gone indefinite
Leaders of the Academic Staff Union of Universities, ASUU,
yesterday, suspended indefinitely the union’s National Executive
Council, NEC, meeting planned to hold in Kano over the tragic auto-crash
that claimed the life of ASUU former President, Professor Festus Iyayi,
on Tuesday morning.

Thousands of students who had kept vigil, waiting for the outcome of ASUU NEC meeting, therefore went home disappointed following the announcement of the suspension of the meeting.
The accident which involved the convoy of Governor Idris Wada of Kogi State on Lokoja-Abuja Road also left two other officials of ASUU – Dr. Ngozi Ilo, National Welfare Officer, University of Benin, UNIBEN; branch chairman, Dr. Anthony Emina, and their driver, critically injured.
President of ASUU, Dr. Nasir Fagge, who announced the suspension of the NEC meeting in Kano, explained that the union had to suspend the meeting following the sudden and tragic death of Professor Festus Iyayi.
The NEC meeting was widely expected to make a decisive statement on the five-month old ASUU strike that has crippled academic activities in the public university system.
At a briefing, Fagge told reporters in Kano that “we are compelled to postpone this meeting in the light of the sudden death of one of our strongest pillars who died yesterday (Tuesday).
“As you can see for yourself, we are mourning the departure of this
great scholar and you would agree with me that in this circumstance we
cannot look at issues objectively.”
The ASUU President who looked visibly shocked by the unfortunate development, described Iyayi “as a strong pillar of the union,’ stressing that “this is a great loss to the entire country.”
Over 50 universities were represented at the botched Kano NEC meeting which was to deliberate on the outcome of the branch meetings held recently that was key to the decision on suspension of the strike.
No new date has been fixed for the NEC meeting.
However, labour watchers are of the opinion that ASUU may not reschedule the NEC meeting until after the burial of the late professor.
Thousands of students that had kept vigil waiting for the outcome went home disappointed following the announcement of the suspension of the NEC meeting.
A student who spoke with Vanguard on condition of anonymity, said, “this is a clear indication that we have more days to spend at home because the figure that passed on was an icon and a respected voice.”
He expressed disappointment that the Federal Government had not arrested those that caused the fatal accident, stressing that “the only thing that can cool frayed nerves is to put on trial all those that played infamous roles in the accident.”

World’s Thinnest And Bravest Person? Meet Girl, 24, Who Weighs 27 kg, Has To Eat Every 20 Minutes (PHOTOS)
United States – At just 5ft 2″ (1.58m) tall and weighing a
little over 27 kg, Lizzie Velasquez, 24, appears worryingly thin at
first glance. But her tiny frame wasn’t caused by an eating disorder.
Instead, it is the result of a syndrome so rare that it is shared by
very few other people in the world.

Her condition means that try as she might, Lizzie, from Austin in Texas, finds it impossible to gain weight or store fat, and as a result, she’s forced to eat up to 60 small meals a day.
Despite the challenges, the courageous 24-year-old insists she wouldn’t change a thing about herself and, instead, throws herself into her work as a motivational speaker and anti-bullying campaigner.
“I would never, ever change my appearance, even if I could,” she says. “It’s taken me so many years to accept who I am and like the person that I see in the mirror so I would never change it just to “fit in”.”

But despite her bravery, the condition, which is yet to be fully diagnosed and named, casts a shadow over her life, not least because most of the people who suffer from the syndrome die in childhood.
Her doctor says: “Lizzie is one of the very few people in the world to have this condition. Sufferers have very little muscle mass, their limbs look very thin, spindly, and many of these people, they die very early in life. Other children with this have had very different experiences. Lizzie is 24 right now so she has beaten these odds.”
Because of the illness, Lizzie has already lost the sight in her right eye and has limited use of the other. Nevertheless, she has refused to allow that to stop her and has penned two best-selling books, and works as a motivational speaker doing up to 200 talks a year.
“My parents raised me to be completely normal. They never told me I was different,” she narrates. “The only thing is that I was smaller than the other kids but I was just like them. As I got older, I became more aware of why people were staring at me and I started getting really angry.

“I hated the fact that none of these kids wanted to get to know me. In my mind, I’m just like them and I would never tell my parents I was being bullied so my way of coping with it is when I would take a bath and nobody was in the room with me, and that’s when I would cry.”
Once, she saw a photo of herself on the Internet with a caption ‘The Ugliest Woman In The World’.
“I felt like somebody was putting their hand through the computer screen and punching me over and over,” she says. “There were thousands and thousands of comments. The first one said: “I just threw up over my keyboard. You’re gross.” The second, “eww, kill it with fire, now”. Others asked why my parents didn’t abort me because I’m so ugly. Can you imagine that?”
Despite the vile comments, Lizzie says she has no fear of bullies anymore and if she were to meet one in future, her response would be: ‘I won’.
For now, she’s concentrating on the future and the anti-bullying charity she hopes to set up.
“My dreams for the future are continuing to help others,” she explains. “I want to create an anti-bulling company. Something for kids and adults and teenagers who are struggling and so far, my dreams have come true.”
